Call Center Representatives
Responsible for making outbound calls, assisting in the scheduling of donations from the community as well as updating and maintaining client information.
Two Shifts available: 9:00am – 3:00pm and 3:00pm – 8:00pm (including weekends)
Must have excellent phone etiquette, ability to multi-task and capable of working in a fast-paced professional environment. We are looking for individuals that have excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Computer skills are a must. Multi-lingual skills a plus.
Prior Call Center and/or Customer Service experience is required.
Responsible for completing a dialed route of 100+ stops with no misses and completing paperwork completely and correctly.
Part-Time positions available
Must have prior commercial driving experience (delivery, taxi/livery) clean drivers license, be reliable, be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and drug test.
